By accessing a user’s schedule, smart home configurations, device history, and personal preferences, the assistant can provide highly tailored responses. For instance, users can now ask, “How many books have I read this year?” and receive an accurate answer derived directly from their Amazon account history.
Beyond data retrieval, Alexa+ demonstrates emotional intelligence. Panay noted that the AI has been trained to detect tone and environmental context.
