The Strategy: Building an MVNO Empire

The proposed business model centers on establishing a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). By leveraging existing infrastructure from industry giants like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, MrBeast aims to offer competitive rates without the astronomical capital expenditure required to build proprietary cell towers. While Donaldson boasts a staggering 430 million YouTube subscribers, his core media business remains a financial challenge, reportedly losing nearly $80 million recently. This new telecommunications venture is part of a broader diversification strategy intended to transition his brand into a self-sustaining powerhouse. Current consumer-facing projects include:
